To create and deliver an order, WALLFORM collects the vehicle details you submit, the photos you upload, your order notes, and the name, email, and shipping address collected at checkout.

Payment details are handled by the payment processor used at checkout. WALLFORM never receives or stores full card numbers.

Uploaded photos are stored in private cloud storage with unguessable file names and are linked to your order for fulfillment and support. They are not listed publicly, not indexed by search engines, and not shared with third parties beyond what is needed to produce and ship your order.

Your information is used to design your poster, prepare your proof, produce and ship your order, answer support questions, and keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention.

Your photo is not used for marketing unless you separately opt in to portfolio permission during customization. That permission is optional and is never required to purchase.

If analytics are enabled, only aggregate usage events are recorded. Uploaded photos, photo URLs, order notes, and personal details are never sent to analytics or session-recording tools.

Order records and design files are kept as long as needed for support, reprints, and record keeping.
